Learn to measure, cut, and shape glass under the guidance of skilled team members
Safely load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
Prepare job sites by maintaining cleanliness and organization before and after installations
Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as caulk guns and levels safely and effectively
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency

Your Key Responsibilities
• Support lead glaziers in the installation and repair of glass in windows, doors, partitions, and storefronts.

• Physical Ability:
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Additional Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to job sites (valid driver's license is a plus).
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
