We are seeking an experienced International Outsourcing Manager to provide expert financial management and accounting services to global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international accounting, compliance management, and financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements in line with global standards
• Managing accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance documents
• Utilizing accounting tools such as Xero, SAGE, QuickBooks, IRIS, Tax Calc, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on using these tools effectively
Requirements and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A graduate or above degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in international outsourcing
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance and global finance practices
