HR Data CoE Lead will lead the Global Data CoE team
The HR Data CoE team will establish and govern the best-in-class HR data management practices & bring an outside-in view
The CoE team will be a forward-looking team and bring in further data transformation to leverage people analytics and data insights
Experience necessary:
Strong understanding of data flows and functional integration across various SF modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Time, Employee Profile, Goals & Performance, Compensation, L & D, Succession Planning, RCM and RMK, Onboarding 2.0)
Strong expertise & understanding of Employee Central, Employee Central - Time, Employee Profile, Foundation Objects
Strong expertise & understanding of standard and customized business rules, impact of implementing / changing business rules on existing data & data integrity
Experience in critical elements of data movements such as moving org hierarchies, mass changes to foundation objects & impact assessment
Experience in establishing the Global HR data management strategy & roadmap
Experience in benchmarking Global HR data management by understanding best-in-class HR data management practices & bringing in outside-in view
Experience in continuous improvement of Global HR data management policies:
a. Establish governance & policies related to global and local data maintenance.
b. Establish change management policies across various module of SuccessFactors & for multiple local markets.
Experience working in global teams
Stakeholder Management - Presentations and Storytelling
Strong exposure to People analytics, insights generation and leveraging insights into actionable, machine learning, prediction models
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Lead the Global Data CoE team
Establish and govern the best-in-class HR data management practices & bring an outside-in view
Data management transformation to leverage people analytics and data insights
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
10 + years of service delivery experience in HR Services / Operations; with at least 3+ years in SuccessFactors global data structures in Employee Central and Employee Central Time and Attendance
Excellent Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Communication and Presentation Skills for audience at various hierarchies
Experience working in Global teams and communicating and presenting to global stakeholders; from various cultures
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
MBA HR or equivalent
Strong HR Domain experience
Key performance indicators:
Data Management policies benchmarking, introduction, implementation, adherence
Data Management policies: Continuous Improvement
Data management transformation to leverage people analytics and data insights
