As a core member of the data migration and reporting team, you will be responsible for transferring data from one ERP to another and testing the same through custom reports. You will be responsible for driving people-data reporting provision across the business, delivering proactive information to line managers and business stakeholders which support and influence business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to support business decisions, working with other members of the HR Operations team to improve data accuracy within the HR systems.
• Presenting data both electronically and in person which clearly articulates any findings, observations and suggestions that can be implemented effectively and practically by the stakeholder.
• Work with key stakeholders to provide meaningful and tailored report that drives organization effectiveness by highlighting risks and trends set against external benchmarking data.
• Manage cross-program data assurance for physical data items in source and target systems. Participant internal HR function and cross-function projects as key contributors in HR master data, provide expertise in data set up, content and quality assurance.
• Partner with Global Business Units to provide expertise in organizational data and work closely with Global, Hub and Local HRBPs in restructure or data quality projects.
• Bridge the quality improvement in data quality between integration (technology) and operations. Continuous improvements in data operations, including data structure review, quality analysis, process improvements.
Your background:
• A Bachelor's degree in any stream
• At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous Working experience in SAP and Workday preferred Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally at all levels of business operations Analytical and numerate with a keen attention to detail Experience of using reporting tools for the extraction and manipulation of data.
• Using data to identify internal and external trends based upon benchmarking information Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
