Global HR Operations Director
About the Opportunity
The Global HR Operations Director will oversee and manage all aspects of global HR operational activities, ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and a superior employee experience across multiple geographies (India, APAC, Sweden, UK, and USA).
• Develop and enhance the organization's HR systems and technology platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all systems, processes, and operations.
• Lead the rollout of new HR technology solutions and modules to improve user experience and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
• HR Systems and Technology: Develop and enhance the organization's HR systems and technology platforms to ensure optimal performance.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll operations in partnership with external vendors and finance teams.
• Process Optimization and Policy Management: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Audit, Compliance, and Reporting: Guarantee adherence to local, regional, and international labor laws and corporate governance requirements.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR operations experience in a global organization, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
