• Promote behaviours and practices that enhance psychological safety, teamwork, and trust.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Lead the recruitment cycle focusing on hiring individuals suited to care-oriented roles.
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage confirmations, transfers, role changes, separations, and other lifecycle processes with transparency and compliance.
• Performance Management
• Implement the organisation's performance management framework and support managers in goal-setting and reviews.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Develop engagement plans suited to a healthcare or people-support environment.
• Learning & Development
• Prepare Individual Development Plans (IDPs) across functions.
• Compliance & HR Operations
• Ensure 100% adherence to statutory compliances and internal HR policies.
