• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic HR project initiatives across Radiometer.
• Develop project plans, communication timelines, and executes the projects, holding team members accountable and ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Understand project goals and expectations and communicate them effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Review and rationalize metrics and reports, including facilitating discussions to determine all necessary metrics to measure and assess results.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and provides guidance and advice throughout project duration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management and resolution.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and deliverables are met within budget and on time.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and performance.
