Position- Strategic HRBP Manager/Director
Location Chennai

Responsibilities:
Proven track of Designing and implementing varied Talent Engagement/development models
Consult with business and provide guidance on people strategy to drive a high performance culture
Support the performance and talent management cycle by partnering with leaders in a pro-active manner.
Be a champion of human resource process change. Analyse processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Skills And Experiences
· A minimum of 10 to 12 years of Human Resource experience in IT Consulting, Services / Product Organization
· Must have good understanding of the IT / Product Business
· Independently design & execute Succession, Development, Rotation and job enrichment activities.
· Track and report effectiveness and productivity of all Talent initiatives including the above.
· Project management abilities including execution skills and end to end process improvement
· Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
· Must be able to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships
· Creative in developing solutions in a fast paced environment
Education and Experience:
· MBA B-School (HR)
· Ability to manage senior management stakeholders
· Proven Talent management skills
· Excellent Oral, written communication skills as to engage with Global workforce
· High impact presentation skills
· Ability to design & execute Talent management and development Frameworks and Models
· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
