Responsibilities
• Implement and manage digital automation of HR processes across the organization, including profile searches in big data, recruitment, onboarding, workflow, payroll vendors, reports, and reviews.
• Manage human resource programs, including simplifying commission planning and market-based compensation, benefits, and leave; resolve disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with national, regional, and employment regulations, as well as best practices.
• Develop and implement the annual HR budget.
• Mandate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
• Collaborate with PEO and EOR providers in different countries to ensure smooth outsourcing of HR services.
• Implement and manage HRMS system to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage virtual office teams of people across different countries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital automation of HR processes and implement them as appropriate.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science required; master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Any certifications in automating office processes, human resources, or project management preferred.
• At least 10 years of human resource management experience required.
• Experience implementing or managing PEO and EOR providers in any country.
• Experience implementing or managing HRMS system, digitizing HR records, automating HR processes, or outsourcing to PEO.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
