Global PayEX is a SaaS company in B2B payments - Accounts Receivables & Payables automation, and B2B Embedded financing. Our platform helps buyers and sellers collaborate - making the B2B payments experience smooth and helping faster collections/payments, reconciliation, and straight through processing (STP), resulting in massive Working Capital efficiencies.
JP Morgan is an early-stage investor and global client / partner. Leading banks are customers/ partners - BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. Several F500 and other large corporates are clients - 3M, Bridgestone, Stanley Black and Decker, GSK, Huhtamaki, Reiter, Britannia, Kone, Ebro, etc., across diverse industries and geographies. Several Billion$ of payments/ invoices being processed/ reconciled through our platform.
The Position
We are looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing leader to develop and execute marketing strategies for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the B2B SaaS industry. He/ she will work closely with the sales team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Your Role
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels to generate leads and drive customer acquisitions - nurture programs to move leads through the funnel.
• Evolve and own the marketing stack - tools, process and assets including the website.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, and report on ROI and other key metrics. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Set, monitor, and report on marketing team goals on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) to the leadership team.
• Build marketing processes and checklists for the tasks to be performed by the team members. Lead and mentor the team of junior marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop messaging and positioning for our SaaS product.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the "Office the CFO" "Autonomous Finance" industry trends competitive landscape and use this information to inform marketing decisions.
• Develop results-focused content marketing including articles, eBooks, whitepapers, blogs to publish on the website, social media channels, and other content distribution strategies.
• Develop and manage webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives. This includes online and offline events, including identifying conferences and relevant industry events.
• Work closely with the global team - sales, product and technology to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals and initiatives.
• Develop and manage customer retention and upsell campaigns.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as agencies and event organizers
• Track monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department ; ensure continuous ROI optimization.
• Stay up-to-date , monitor and track the best practices of similar players in the B2B Fintech SaaS space (new products and features , marketing strategies,)
About You
• 5 years+ of SaaS B2B marketing experience. Fintech Experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting top of the funnel lead generation targets
• Experience using Google and Linked-In - awareness and ads
• Experience in content marketing - definition, execution and evolution
• Experience working on events and webinars
• Experience in marketing to business development (partnership) channels
• Experience in email, Linked-in campaigns - tools (automation), campaign strategies
• Experience in leveraging a CRM like HubSpot for tracking the funnel and collaboration with sales teams
• World-class interpersonal and communication skills and great command of the English Language
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, passionate, collaborative and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent IT skills (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel) as well as experience working with marketing software such as near analytics, attribution tools, ad-words tools
• Education - Engineer/ Accounting degree/ MBA
