The Global Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting and processing payroll for employees across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC and preparing monthly payroll entries for relevant regions. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, accurate payroll processing, and timely payments. The coordinator will work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to maintain payroll data integrity and resolve any payroll-related issues.


What You'll Do:

Payroll Processing: Accurately process monthly payroll for international employees, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, statutory payments, benefit payments and taxes.
Compliance: Ensure payroll practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Payroll accounting: Accurately record payroll transactions, including net payroll and taxes.
Coordination: Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll operations. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
Audits: Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
System Management: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software.

What We're Looking For:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in international payroll administration, preferably with ADP Workforce Now & Celergo.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
Handling High-Pressure Situations: Quickly and confidently resolving payroll errors, compliance issues, or system outages.
Initiative and Proactiveness: Taking ownership and proactively addressing potential compliance risks or operational inefficiencies before they become problems.
Driving Change: Leading efforts to adopt new payroll technologies, improve reporting processes, or expand into new regions while communicating changes effectively to the wider team .

Where You’ll Work:

This is hybrid role if you live within a commutable distance to a Numerix office within EMEA, otherwise it is remote.
