The opportunity
Join our Global Workforce Manager Program, where you will lead the migration of 54 countries using eTime (Kronos) for Time and Attendance reporting to new upgraded software. This role involves collaboration with ADP, our SaaS partner, and focuses on technology with limited functional development. You will work with a diverse team across marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
• Lead and manage the global program within the HR domain, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the WFM Program, proactively managing risks and issues
• Define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and achieve project deliverables, meeting all technical, safety, quality, and financial targets
• Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in scope of delivery, quality, planned cost, and resource efficiency
• Collaborate with global, country, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of HR systems
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with program goals
• Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the program
Your background
• Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing global programs, preferably within the IT and HR domain
• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience in managing large and complex project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and vendors/subcontractors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge and experience in HR applications, specifically in the Time and Pay area, MS Project, MS Excel, and other PM tools
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to change and lead multidisciplinary teams
