Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Staffing Business Development – Recruitment position located in Pune. The role involves tasks such as hiring, customer service, staffing services, recruiting, and sales on a day-to-day basis. We're seeking experienced Overseas Business Development Managers to drive international growth in IT and non-IT service sectors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development, industry connections, and contractual expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets.
· Build relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
· Expand business presence in IT and non-IT service sectors, including:
· Manufacturing/Healthcare/Airport/Logistics/ Oil & Refinery / Automobile /Pharmaceutical / Paper industry/Oil and gases petrochemical industries / Supply chain (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart)
· Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.
· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.
· Manage contractual agreements for blue-collar
· Manpower Placement,
· Outsourcing (On-Roll Staffs)
· Contractual Manpower.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
International Experience:
· Candidates should have experience working with clients / stakeholders in the following countries:
- Middle East: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait,)
· Europe: UK (United Kingdom)
- North America: USA (United States of America) / Canada
- Other regions: Israel, Germany, Mauritius, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada
Requirements:
· Proven experience in international business development.
· Strong network in targeted industries.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to travel internationally.
