Job Description
Drive end to end recruitment for Sales and Marketing functions, including leadership hires across functions and geographies.
Define and deploy the talent acquisition strategy for the organization and ensure smooth execution.
Conceptualize & design progressive hiring practices that enable a strong candidate experience.
Partner with leadership team to track & update ongoing hiring needs and provide necessary support to bridge any gaps.
Proactively, build a talent pipeline & constantly engage with top talent for future needs.
Drive process improvements at all stages of the recruitment cycle & ensure the necessary benchmarks are met.
Work closely with the necessary teams & external partners to leverage technology and automation.
Manage the onboarding and induction process to enhance candidate experience.
On a regular basis, prepare, monitor & update all recruitment related costs, hiring metrics and dashboard to management.
Work closely with the unit HR/operations teams and provided necessary support on hiring needs.
