Role: Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Reports to: Global Director - HR
Position Summary:
As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the global talent acquisition strategy for one of our top client, a global conglomerate. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and HR objectives.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates worldwide.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment, including phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates to secure the best talent.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand through effective branding initiatives and storytelling to attract top talent.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize processes.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
Client Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and deliver exceptional talent acquisition services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in core IT global technical hiring.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong understanding of technical skills and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technology tools.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of around 60 lakhs per annum, negotiable for the right candidate.
Work Environment:
5-day work week, 2 PM to 10 PM.
Work from office in Viman Nagar, Pune.
