Description
The position holder will gain a broad exposure of various Talent Development topics through supporting the day-to-day operations and tasks including Talent Review & Succession Planning process, Global Leadership Pipeline management, Career Development, and Organization Effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the project management and implementation of global talent development processes & programs, including but not limited to Talent Review & Succession Planning process, Global Leadership Pipeline management, Career Development, and Organization Effectiveness.
Support the data & digitization journey of talent development; leverage data & analytics to drive talent and workforce decisions and prepare workforce for the future.
Data & document management: track organizational changes; maintenance of documents shared folders to facilitate knowledge sharing
Stay up-to-date on external trends and best practices on talent development and HR analytics.
Qualifications
Experience Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ HR/ Psychology/ Information Technology / Data Science or related discipline; Post graduate degree preferred.
Project management experience
Highly motivated, driven and results orientated
Strong analytical skills (data) and project management skills
Organized, meticulous, with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (capacity to navigate in multidisciplinary and multicultural environment)
Strong digital skills and digital mindset (proven capacity and curiosity to understand digital tools)
Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
