GM AVP Finance AccountsQualification: GraduateJob DescriptionManaging over all accounting finance functions which includes All the statutory compliance relating to direct and indirect tax Preparation finalization of quarterly and annual balance sheets within prescribed period by Company Law Ensuring compliance of weekly/ fortnightly monthly audit report Ensuring all corrections deviations of audit reports that they made in time Ensuring timely reconciliation of debtors creditors Ensuring all accounting in system as required by the laws Actual Accounting Ensuring recording of actual accounting in books Training update the team on new accounting standards and implement them in the organization Ensure implement best of the accounting systems with transparencySubmission of all the accounting reports like debtor/creditor recon, a summary on status of taxation issues, sales tax issues etc to the reporting head Preparation of monthly report to the reporting head on collection of the whole month, paymentsmade in the month, increase or decrease in financial cost.Fund raising from banks/Financial institutions Submission of different statements (Stock Statement, Debtors statement, Creditors Statement) Ensuring the compliance of banking facilities Ensuring timely recon Posting specifically all changes are confirmed Endorse to reduce the cost of heads monitor all accounting work of the plant systems, specifically accounting Handling Banking operations e.g. secured unsecured loans, Term Loans, Bank Guarantee, LC etc.Preparation of periodic hypothetical data and CMA data Interested Candidate - Sends their updated Resume on this Mail Id: - (recruitersjc01@gmail.com)This job is provided by Shine.com
