Architect Job Responsibility: Candidates should be having 18+ years of experience. Candidates must have Excellent understanding of Interiors - Details, Materials, and Finishes. Candidates Should be well versed with classical / modern Architecture drawings and its pertaining details. Candidates should have the capability of understanding drawings and preparing BOQ. Should be able to make Presentations on regular basis. Candidates should have Auto CAD knowledge and MS Office. Candidates Should have good knowledge of interior styling on classical, neo-classical and Lux modern and should have good understanding of Project management and timelines. Candidates should possess good communication skills.
