• Manage the complete Talent Management Process, IDP's IDP's& HI pots

The Successful Applicant
• Post graduate in HR
• 15-18 years of experience in an HRBPHRBP role with specific focus on Talent Management, Learning OD and Engagement
• Experience working in a large manufacturing / FMCGFMCG / pharmapharma company is a must
