GM Technology Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Manager to join our team. The Technology Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technological resources align with our business goals.
Required and Preferred :
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + MBA from a reputable university or college.
• Experience: 8+ Years
• Proven experience working as a Product Manager, in Product Management and Delivery.
• Experience in managing a team of 50+ members.
• Strong knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, and data management.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and its implications on data collection and storage.
Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage the technology team, including developers, designers, support representatives, testers and Cloud Team.
• Implement efficient and reusable front-end components following best practices and design patterns.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data and technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into our solutions where appropriate.
• Manage budgets for technology projects and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and training to team members.
• Utilise Visual Studio Code for coding, debugging, and version control.
