Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team, providing guidance and support as required.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the company
• Plan and coordinate administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Manage and maintain company records, including Admin, Legal and personal records.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are available and in good working order in HO/Branches
• Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support as required.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities, including coordinating with external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with external service providers and stakeholders as required, including legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
• Develop and manage budgets for the administrative, HR, and legal departments,
ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
• Oversee the regulatory compliance of the company, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company.
• Develop and manage budgets for the administrative, HR, and regulatory departments.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Management capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
