Step into the role of GMO Colleague Engagement Lead where you will focus on driving colleague engagement initiatives and responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to Senior Leadership. • Align cultural engagement and colleague connection initiatives with business goals.
• Advise senior leadership on employee engagement strategies, using insight-based research to inform communication approaches.

• Design and implement communication interventions that influence behavior and foster a culture aligned with organizational values.
• Develop and execute internal communications plans, from concept to delivery, across various engagement channels.

• Partner with other functions and business areas to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Accountabilities
• Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
• Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
• Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
