Job Title: Senior Executive - Performance Marketing (Google Ads)

Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their musical aspirations through a blend of expert instruction and innovative technology.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hands-on experience in running successful ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles. Agency experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage a monthly advertising budget of at least 1 crore.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing ad campaigns with a monthly budget of at least 1 crore.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent understanding of Google Ads platform, tools, and metrics.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule:
• First 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Saturday (Work From Home)
• After 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Weekends off
• Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
