Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Ads and also have hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns. As a part of our remote team, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive performance and maximize ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to meet KPIs.
- Facebook Ads Campaigns:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns across multiple objectives such as awareness, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
- Perform audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
- LinkedIn Ads Management:
- Develop and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns, focusing on B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
- Execute audience segmentation, ad creatives, and performance analysis to drive meaningful results.
- Instagram Ads Campaigns:
- Design and optimize Instagram ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize a mix of image, video, and carousel ads to engage Instagram's diverse user base.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad performance and improve targeting, creative assets, and strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive advertising strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Instagram Ads.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
