Job Responsibilities:
Implement Google Analytics (GA4) using GTM for the plutos ONE domain and subdomainsDevelop and implement coding practices for site tagging and follow standardsDevelop custom solutions using JavaScript with Google Tag Manager for tracking user behavior with Google Analytics by manipulating data from JavaScript objects, HTML markup, URLs, and CookiesImplement third-party tagging for Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, Floodlights, Bing Ads, Derbysoft, Sojern, etc.Create, test, monitor, and improve key data quality metrics tied to the main domain and subdomainsExecute analytics needs for eCommerce, CRS, and other cross-functional teams at Cendyn including tracking requests submitted via Project/Task management tools like Target Process that are assigned to you with efficiencyRecommend enhancements and modifications to optimize Analytics Implementation processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with extensive experience in implementation (Google Analytics - UA, GA4), data visualization, and business reporting.Experience configuring Tag Management tools GTM, DTM, or Tealium.Strong knowledge and experience implementing Google Analytics with enhanced e-commerce, Cross-domain, and SPA tracking.Strong Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML1+ years of experience with Server Side (GTM) tagging implementations.Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: Running A/B tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for the business.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Understanding of a data visualization tool such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or TapClicks.Proficiency in SQL query building, Python, R and report writing.Reporting experience in digital marketing and tools such as Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, MetaSearch, and Meta (Facebook) Ads.Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling techniques, and data mining concepts is desirable.Experience with all aspects of data management including data modeling, data pipeline, data lakes, and ETL.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
