**Senior Policy and Implementation Specialist**
Delhi NCR, with travel required by clients.
On-site work arrangement (no remote work).

The practice focuses on providing timely and apt solutions to clients despite the dynamic and heterogeneous nature of the sector. With over 100 professionals having significant hands-on experience across agriculture and allied value chains, including horticulture, dairy, animal husbandry, aquaculture, poultry, and a footprint in 10+ states and central government departments in India.

**Role & Responsibilities:**
Assist in policy design, monitoring, and evaluation, establishing market linkages, trade promotion, and finance facilitation.
Conduct secondary research and benchmarking to support training need assessment, formulation of vendor development framework, and demand assessment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation and system improvements.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings and market analysis.
Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
