At Thermal Management sub systems, we are responsible to provide solutions towards thermal energy management in Heavy duty trucks. All heating and cooling requirements including driver comfort, powertrain thermal requirements and so on. We continuously optimize and improve on existing technologies and also work on cutting edge technologies in the field of thermal management and material science to ensure our products perform in the most efficient way and provide maximum value to our customers. Energy conservation, Environmental impact and Customer success are our guiding values.
At GTT, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
You will learn all about traditional and mature technologies of thermal systems and also explore advanced upcoming ones that will shape the future of energy efficiency and be the differentiator in the industry.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.
Strong knowledge of heat and mass transfer concepts.
Fundamentals in material science and manufacturing processes for metals and plastics.
Knowledge of 3D and 2D development tools such as CATIA or CREO is an advantage.
Able to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions is important.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for automotive industry and a strong desire to learn and grow.
A mindset to innovate with a purpose and a keen sense of customer requirements.
