Job Description
Project Human Resources supports individuals and organisations with services in Recruitment, Psychometric Testing, Career Transition Coaching and HR Consulting.
Located in Subiaco, we offer flexible working hours (full time) and a supportive, friendly team environment.
We provide the tools and the opportunity to develop and hone your Recruitment skills and knowledge through training and mentoring, along with the room to grow and work independently to eventually manage your own recruitment desk if that's where you want to be.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to work closely with one of our recruitment leads and be mentored in talent sourcing, end to end recruitment, interviewing and qualifying, talent pooling, and candidate and client care for white collar roles.

Candidate Searching
Reviewing Resumes
Telephone, Zoom and Face-to-face interviews
Reference Checks
Drafting Contracts and letters of Offer
Creating pipelines
Managing Talent pools
About You
You are passionate about HR and Recruitment, a real people person, computer savvy, proactive, super organised and have the ability to work independently. To succeed in this role you will require excellent written and verbal communication.
Whether you are completing data entry, contacting potential candidates or liaising with clients, you are happy to help out in all areas of the business.
Desirable qualifications, skills or experience include: A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. We believe successful recruiters come from many backgrounds. We'd love to hear your story, whether that be administration/call centre/sales experience…
Experience working within the recruitment industry will be regarded as an advantage.
