Location: Central Mumbai, Office-Based Role

• Leverage various recruitment channels to source and engage top talent.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications and Skills
• Recent graduate or school leaver based in Mumbai (office-based role).
• Passion for recruitment, people, and career development.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
