We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate - Sales Support to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an entry-level role where you will support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, help with customer communications, and assist with various sales and marketing activities. It's a great opportunity to learn the basics of sales and marketing within a growing technology company.
Tasks and responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Help to maintain, manage and improve our CRM system to track leads, ensure workflow and improve processes
Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations
Assist with organising events, campaigns, and customer outreach
Help with communications and requirements of marketing materials
Work with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met
Assist with cold calling and establishing client relationships
Provide general support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Your qualifications and experience
Tertiary degree in IT, commerce or related subject, recent graduate or about to graduate in 1-2 months
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
Interest in sales of technology and business solutions
Ability to work well in a team and liaise with stakeholders
Prior experience in a technology environment would be of advantage
