Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Full-time, in office position - +0-day contract to hire
The Grant Accountant is responsible for processing travel, purchasing card transactions, maintaining/reconciling grant financial spreadsheets, and coding accounts payable invoices for 30+ Grants and Contracts
Investigates and analyzes billing and other accounting errors for reimbursements for employees, accounts payables, and accounts receivables in compliance with Cost Account Standards
Works collaboratively with fiscal team, and other clinic personnel to compile financial data, reports, PCARD reconciliations and recommendations for purchasing policies, procedures, and control systems
Provides grants and contract management support for Part A, C, D, 340B-C, 340B-D, 340B-STD, and research
Maintains general and subsidiary account ledgers and handles a variety of project funds for the division
Responsible for managing one or more fiscal accounting functions and recommending policies and procedures to effectively administer such programs
Works with manager in planning, coordination, and implementation of 340B program income projecting future trends and revenue forecasts
