Turnabout Luxury Resale is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in high fashion to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various channels, including email marketing, social media, print materials, posters, store interiors, and exterior signage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to refine and elevate our existing brand identity, ensuring consistency and sophistication across all visual communications. Prior experience in the fashion industry would be highly valued.
This is a part-time or contract role based out of our South Granville Studio. This role reports directly to the CTO/CMO.

What You Will Do
● Develop and design creative assets for email marketing, social media, print materials, posters, store interiors, and exterior signage
● Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to execute design concepts
● Contribute to refining and enhancing the existing brand identity across all touchpoints ● Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity ● Prepare graphics and layouts for various platforms and campaigns
● Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
● Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies
● Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
● Assist with occasional photography or video editing tasks if needed
● Other design-related duties as assigned
You Need to Be:
● A highly creative professional with a strong attention to detail
● Proficient in visual storytelling and concept development
● An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
● Reliable, with professional references available upon request
● Adaptable and open to feedback
● Capable of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
● Strong background in high fashion
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
● Experience working with fashion brands or within the fashion industry is highly preferred
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
● Demonstrated success in creating assets for email marketing, social media, print, and signage
● Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
● Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus
● Ability to read and write in English
● Available to work part-time or on a contract basis with flexible hours
● Proof of exceptional ability
