Position: Admin & Creative Assistant
Location: Harlur Road, near HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Philips Piano Academy is a reputed music school based in Bengaluru, offering one-on-one piano lessons for both kids and adults. With a focus on quality education and a creative environment, we cater to students both locally and internationally through our offline, online, and hybrid class formats.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Admin & Creative Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks and assist our creative team with design-related work. If you are organized, creative, and have strong communication skills, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
Assist in client communication (written and verbal)
Perform basic design work using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Support both internal and external creative projects
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Punctual, well-organized, and eager to learn
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
No notice period; position may be discontinued if performance is not satisfactory
Salary increment based on performance after 6 months
Friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth
