Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer with Graphic Designer to join our team at Gleecus TechLabs Inc. This role requires Mid-Level experience of 4 to 6 years years and will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type for this position is Full-Time.Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related fieldSolid experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applicationsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, , FigmaStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExperience with graphic design and ability to create visually appealing designsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPortfolio showcasing previous design projects Roles And Responsibilities Design and deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and visual design comps to effectively communicate design conceptsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define design goalsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisionsTranslate user research findings into actionable design solutions and iterate based on feedbackEnsure consistency of design across different platforms and devicesStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologiesContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelinesWork closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs
