What You’ll Do
- Create brand-aligned graphics for social media: carousels, story templates, posts
- Design pitch decks, thumbnails, banners, ads, and reels covers for client campaigns
- Translate briefs into clean, creative layouts that work across formats and devices
- Collaborate with video and social teams to build cohesive visual identities
- Help maintain and evolve our agency’s design library and brand kits
- Bonus: Animate simple text and elements in After Effects for social reels
Must-Haves
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Good design fundamentals: alignment, typography, color theory, hierarchy
- Portfolio with at least 5-6 original works (even college or mock brand work is fine)
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow visual directions from briefs
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion tools
- Can edit short-form video content or create IG reel covers with subtle animation
- Have worked on hospitality, lifestyle, or product brands
- Can adapt to multiple design styles, from minimal to bold, quirky to premium
