Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design/ Create/ adapt digital assets for landing pages, app creatives, Pns, Rcs and performance marketing campaigns.
Support senior designers in developing visual directions for brand campaigns and seasonal launches.
Work on design adaptations across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
Create engaging social media creatives aligned with the brand's tone and style.
Stay updated with fashion, design, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all creative outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, category, content) for timely delivery of creatives.
Qualifications:
A degree in Graphic/ Communication Design, Fashion Communication, or related field. From Tier one design college like NIFT, NID, Pearl, Srishti etc.
Min 2 years of experience in digital design.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
A good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital-first design.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
A creative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
