This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping visual narratives that resonate with market trends and brand identity. Responsibilities • In-Depth Trend Analysis: Dive into comprehensive market research to grasp the pulse of current trends and consumer needs. • Trend Forecasting: Analyze emerging fashion trends to anticipate consumer preferences, and stay updated with developments in fabrics, colors, and graphic styles. • Precision Graphics Design: Craft intricate graphics tailored to specific categories, adhering to both customer preferences and company standards. • Innovative Digital Creation: Develop and execute original digital designs that push creative boundaries. • Efficient Workflow Management: Handle a high volume of design requests efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. • Creative Presentation: Construct mood boards, sketch concepts, and showcase your designs to diverse teams to drive seasonal and product line innovations. • Seasonal & Thematic Design: Engage in designing, developing, and refining graphics with a focus on seasonal themes, product evolution, and pre-production sample creation. • Explorative Design Techniques: Experiment with patterns, colors, and innovative techniques to produce graphics that seamlessly fit the brand’s product lineup. • Unique Graphic Layouts: Design with originality, focusing on unique placements, motifs, and layouts that stand out. • Strategic Design Communication: Develop concept boards to articulate design and seasonal directions for textile prints, materials, and trims. • Team Coordination: Work closely with buying and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective design execution.
