Job Description
Graphic designers create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. We are looking for a creative one with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, online banners, newsletters, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate identity, infographics etc.
Skills & Qualifications
• Design and layout electronic and print materials for all programs, events and appeals (flyers, posters, website & blog layouts, online banners, logos, collaterals, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc.)
• Carry design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards.
• Coordinate & complete tasks with web developers, marketing personal and third-party vendors.
• Assist Communications Manager with creative concepts and collaterals for events and campaigns.
• Build and manage a rich contentthat attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including graphic content for blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
• Possession of creative aptitude, versatility, conceptual ability and originality.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
• Formal graphic design training.
• A minimum of 1-year design experience.
• Any marketing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with website &
• Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred:
• Google AdWords
• Google Analytics
• SEO / SEM
• Inbound Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• CMS Platforms
• Online ERP, CRM Systems
• Fluent in English & Hindi
Compensation
This is an entry-level position offering many opportunities for advancement and introduction into Rajasthan’s growing IT sector. Full or part-time options will be considered and flexible work conditions are also provided (ex. opportunity to work partially from home, flexible hours). Salary offered will be commensurate with experience, within the range of 180,000-300,000 and is accompanied by expense reimbursement.
