We are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer & Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly team based in Canterbury
This is a casual position offering flexible working arrangements, ideal for someone seeking part-time hours with a mix of creative and administrative work.
About the Role
This is a dual-role position combining graphic design and front desk/admin responsibilities.
Graphic Design Duties:
Design and produce marketing materials including:
Business cards
Flyers and signage
Catalogues and portfolios
Pull-up banners
Assist with website design and updates using platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Webflow
Reception & Administration Duties:
Answer incoming calls and assist customer enquiries
Manage bookings and appointments
Perform data entry and general admin tasks
Prepare invoices and handle email correspondence
Use MYOB for basic accounting tasks
About You
Experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
Basic administration or reception experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, or Webflow (preferred)
Experience with MYOB (preferred)
Candidates from South American or Portuguese (European) backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
