About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sits at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and lifecycle execution.
This is not a traditional “brand-only” design role, this person will be a core operator within the marketing team, responsible for producing high-performing creative across channels, with a strong focus on email marketing execution.
You will work closely with our Email Strategist, Growth Team, and Marketing Leadership to bring campaigns to life quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Email Design & Execution - Build and design daily marketing emails, working with the email strategist and product marketing to translate campaign briefs and skeletons into fully designed, polished emails, ready for scheduling based on the marketing calendar
Paid Media Creative - Collaborate with the growth team to design high-performing digital creative for ad campaigns and organic social, iterating on creatives based on performance data and feedback provided by the team
Website & On-Site Creative - Design and update various web graphics, such as homepage banners, key campaigns (seasonal campaigns - Black Friday, Back to School, etc), ensuring consistency across all on-site visual touchpoints
Campaign & Marketing Asset Production - Work with the marketing team to execute various creative requests on an ad-hoc basis, such as print marketing (flyers, inserts, etc), brand partnerships, etc.
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of experience in graphic design for eCommerce or DTC brands
Strong portfolio showcasing email design, paid social ads, campaign assets, etc.
Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, mobile-first design principles, and eCommerce creative best practices
Experience with product photography and basic lighting setups
Nice-to-Haves
Motion or lightweight video editing skills
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
