Job Description -
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and provide strategic leadership on all HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive impact in the society and be able to manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior experience in sourcing & hiring Senior Management, Technology & eLearning is must.
• Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
• Work with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment sources.
• Oversee the training and development of employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Provide HR support to the company's leadership team and provide regular updates on HR-related Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Experience in hiring or sourcing senior management roles.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
