Onboarding Consultant/Implementation Consultant
Watsco Ventures is a division of Watsco, Inc, the largest distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment, parts and supplies in the USA with over $5 billion in annual revenue. Responsibilities
The value of OC is to act as project manager with technical product knowledge. This team works closely with the platform on a day-to-day basis and is in the unique position to understand how the product is working for customers. Responsible for the Onboarding Journey and ensuring that customers are setup and ready to use the software. They communicate weekly with the customer to check-in on progress and answer any questions they may have.
Sales to OC Handoff
Onboarding Journey (KOC’s, Trainings with Customer)
Updating and/or Uploading Customer Information to Order record in Salesforce
Assist in the Creation and Maintenance of Customer Facing Documentation (Help Center, Intercom)
Assist Support Team
Idle Customer Outreach
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
If assigned to an account, Escalate complaints or issues to Customer Success Team, Manager
3rd Party Integrations (providing and collection API Keys/ Tokens)
Escalate Billing Issues
Reporting an issues bugs to our Developers or Operations Team
Maintaining your personal backlog while meeting company objective
Report feedback on new features
