Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled.
•
Manage gate operations including boarding announcements and resolving last-minute seat assignments.

Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide information in a professional manner.
•
Support emergency response and evacuation procedures when required.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent education.

Proficient in English and local language (Kannada preferred).

Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure.
