Citadel Source is delighted to be partnering with a global brand in the product space, based in Gloucestershire, to recruit a Group Accountant who will report directly to the Group FD.
The Role
The Group Accountant will play a pivotal role in preparing the Group’s annual statutory accounts. You will deliver the monthly consolidated accounts to statutory standards and build strong relationships with the company’s external auditors to ensure the annual audit is completed on time.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified individual, whether you're a first-time mover from practice or a financial accountant seeking career progression in a fast-paced, growing international business.
As a Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing monthly Group consolidated accounts to statutory standards.
• Providing bi-weekly consolidated cash flow reports to the Group FD.
• Supplying information to the Group’s insurers and leading that process.
• Interacting with tax advisors.
• Proactively managing all relationships with key credit insurers for the Group.
• Delivering monthly management accounts for the holding companies to the Group FD.
• Managing the monthly intercompany reconciliation process.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
What the Client Offers
• A salary of circa £55,000.
• Hybrid working, with three days a week in the Gloucester office.
• Pension.
