A fantastic opportunity is waiting for you to join Zurich’s Group Insurance team as a Case Manager!

In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of tracking new business submissions, monitoring completions, and driving faster end‑to‑end turnaround times through proactive suspense management. You’ll partner closely with our Underwriters, Superannuation fund clients, and Sales team, while confidently managing workflows, system processing, correspondence, and phone enquiries.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and related software
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
