As a Group Claims Consultant, you will challenge yourself to provide our customers with an outstanding service as you assess and manage a portfolio of Life Risk Disability (Group) claims. You’ll demonstrate a working knowledge of medical terms and concepts which will enable you to interpret reports and apply your knowledge to the assessment process. You’ll understand the main concepts of the Life Insurance Act as it relates to assessing claims, and you’ll be well versed at maintaining regular contact with customers and clients.

Important to your success – let’s grow together

Experience managing end-to-end claims, group income protection and TPD experience advantageous.
A background in Allied Health, Legal, Physiotherapy and/or Rehabilitation.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Experience providing a high-level of customer service.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
