About the Position

We are looking for Master's-level professionals who excel in group facilitation, enjoy collaborating with therapists, and thrive in a fully remote telehealth environment.

As a facilitator, you will have the opportunity to make a difference from day one, working closely with a skilled therapy team to implement psychoeducation in a practical and impactful way for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges. Our ideal candidates will share Charlie Health's commitment to providing transformative mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of your start date.
• Check in with your Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at least once a month.
• Respond promptly to all email and Slack communications (within 48 hours).
• Review the curriculum relevant to your assigned groups prior to the start date.
• Arrive approximately 10 minutes early to all scheduled group sessions and facilitate them for the full hour.
• Utilize the Charlie Health curriculum and best practices to facilitate group sessions.
• Facilitate groups across diverse age ranges and needs, including Integrative Curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour when necessary.
• Encourage client engagement and foster a camera-on culture to enhance group cohesion.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures as guided by Charlie Health best practices.
• Participate in collaborative therapy treatment team meetings and group supervision every other Friday with your Group Quality Supervisor or Director and other clinical team members.
• Work closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches.
• Maintain professional communication with all clients, families, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that treatment documentation is completed within a 24-hour timeframe and meets agency standards.
• Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Availability during weeknights (Monday to Thursday 3-8pm MT) and Saturdays.
• A Master's degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience working with diverse age groups in intensive treatment settings.
• Proficiency across multiple treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus).
• A strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment along with individual therapy.
• Ability to conduct engaging and effective telehealth sessions.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions.
• Proficiency with communication tools and software such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and EMR.
• This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role.

• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology
• Master of Science (M.S.) in School Counseling
