What You’ll Do
Lead engaging, motivating boot camp–style group workouts.
Create safe and effective programming for all fitness levels.
Bring your own clientele or collaborate with us to build a new class community.
Work alongside our athletic therapy, physiotherapy, and massage teams in a supportive environment.
Keep participants safe by offering modifications and proper guidance.
Help create a positive, team-focused atmosphere inside the clinic.
Requirements
Experience as a Boot Camp Instructor (minimum 1 year preferred).
Valid CPR certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to create a fun, safe, and energized group environment.
