Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Head - Accounts & Finance at SS Communication and Services Pvt. Ltd. in Kolhapur. The Group Head will be responsible for financial statements, analytical tasks, finance management, financial reporting, and budgeting within the organization.
Role & responsibilities
1. Implementation of better accounting processes.
2. To prepare monthly/ annual financial reports.
3. Should be able to access & rectify any financial discrepancies.
4. Assessing financial risks & suggesting preventive measures.
5. Liaising with business partners, auditors & vendors and providing them with accurate data.
6. Conducting internal & external audits.
7. To prepare budgets, annual reports & strategies.
8. To bring work discipline among the team.
+. To deal with different govt. authorities for assessment.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Should have steady corporate work experience for 10+ years.
2. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
3. Ability to manage stressful situations, effectively.
4. Chartered Accountant, will be preferred.
