• Responsible for formulating strategies
• Develop organizational human resource strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
• Provides overall leadership and guidance to HR functions by overseeing administration, talent acquisition, training and development, career development and so forth
• Long range strategic planning in order to anticipate the innovation of change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Work with Firm's executive management to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the firm
• Directly responsible for leading managers of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the organization
